I love integrating these skills into Clinical Health, Worksite Health, Schools & Colleges, and engaging Workshops. My journey began over 29 years ago as a Sports Therapist, and in 1999, I dove into the fascinating world of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy, honing my ability to uplift and motivate individuals.

 

Specialising in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), I truly believe in the power of healing! In 2002, I took my Sports Therapy skills to the next level, achieving an Advanced Clinical level. With a thriving Sports Injury Clinic and Hypnotherapy Room in Yorkshire, I also share my knowledge as a freelance teacher across the UK. Having the incredible opportunity to treat many celebrity athletes, dancers, and sports teams, and I'm proud to be an OldPain2Go advanced practitioner and FirstAid Instructor!
